| Sutherland Stairs |
 This magnificent piece of architecture descends from Sutherland Road to Bachelor beach. It was first built in 2002 by Guy Belair and Russ Bachelor. They wanted a stairwell that was safe for children to walk down to the beach on, so they built it themselves.  But stairs deteriorate, so every summer a volunteer work-crew is needed to repair and upgrade them. If you'd like to volunteer, call Guy Belair.
